Question by shadower75: I want to glue vilaboard straight onto a brick surface.?
I removed some old plaster on the wall and want to replace it with vilaboard.
Does the brick surface have to spotless, very clean etc?
What kind of glue do I need to use?
Is glue ok for fixing it to the wall or do I need to screw it also?

Answer by Steve GYou need to get a bucket of stud adhesive and 1" ( 25mm) mickey pins, they are a small concrete nail with a washer on them.
