Joseph asks…How much does it cost to have a 2500 sq ft house built but not finished?Essentially I want to do the plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, painting, trim work, sheetrock, install floors etc myself. The question is, how much would it cost to have the house framed, roofed, plumbing and electrical roughed in, a/c installed and the exterior bricked. The house would be 2000 sq ft.
House to be built in South Alabama.
